Tuition payment in full is due the day prior to the start of term. Any student whose payment is not made in full will be dropped from enrollment after the start of term.

Withdrawal Deadlines for International Programs and Partnerships (IPP)*

The deadline for dropping University credit classes is on or BEFORE Friday of the 3rd week of the semester. Any withdrawal from University credit classes beyond this deadline may impact the student's academic record.

The deadline for dropping University non-credit classes is the day prior to the start of the term.

All requests for withdrawal/refund must be submitted in writing. There is no refund if a student has been expelled from the program.

Refund/Withdrawal Procedure

To be eligible for a refund, a request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing prior to the deadline. SAC students must email the request to sac@csun.edu. Students will be notified by email if the request is eligible for a refund of tuition or housing and meals fees. Application fees are non-refundable. If the refund is approved, payment will be returned to the credit card used for payment or via Convera and Flywire International Funds Transfer.
