The Tseng College’s Distance Learning Group employs a team of technical support professionals to assist with connectivity issues and provide technical advice. If you need computer support, the DL technical support staff can be reached seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Pacific Time.

If you are new to distance learning, DL developed an online student orientation, to orient new students to the Web-based electronic learning platform, Canvas. The online student orientation includes hands-on, interactive exercises to acclimate you to the features and functions of the distance learning environment. A DL technical staff member monitors your progress and will provide feedback and guidance as needed.
