Applicants must submit the following 4 items:
Submit online: Online application, which includes a one-page statement of purpose describing and explaining the applicant's interest in the CSUN MPA program and how enrollment in the CSAC program will contribute to the applicant's personal and/or professional growth and success.
Entire online application must be submitted no later than the application deadline date.
Submit by email: Applicant's resumé. To submit your resume by e-mail, please send one e-mail with required document attached (.doc, .rtf or pdf format) to email@example.com. Specify only your name, as it appears on your online application, in the subject line of your e-mail submission.
Resumes must be received by the application deadline date.
Submit your official transcripts to CSUN from all academic institutions: Request that all institutions you have attended in the past, not just the ones from which you earned a degree, send an original or certified copy (one copy each) of all official academic records/transcripts to CSUN at the address in Step 4, below. If you attended CSUN you do not need to submit CSUN transcripts but include CSUN in the education section of your application.
All items sent by mail must be received by the application review date.
Submit by regular or express mail: a nonrefundable check payable to "CSUN" for the application fee of $55.
