Technical Support

When you have technology questions, we are just a click away. The Tseng College’s Distance Learning Systems Group (DLSG) employs a team of technical support professionals to assist with connectivity issues and provide technical advice. If you need computer support, the DLSG technical support staff can be reached seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Pacific Time.

If you are new to distance learning, DLSG developed an online student orientation, to orient new students to the Web-based electronic learning platform, Moodle. The online student orientation includes hands-on, interactive exercises to acclimate you to the features and functions of the distance learning environment. A DLSG technical staff member monitors your progress and will provide feedback and guidance as needed.
