California State University, Northridge is delighted to invite applications for its third cohort for the Master of Science in Taxation program starting in the fall of 2010.
In collaboration with leading practitioners in the field, we have developed a high-quality, innovative, and practice-oriented program in taxation. (See the advisory board for contributors.)
We have been fortunate to recruit some of the top practitioners in the field to teach in our program. The courses and seminars in our 18-month program have been carefully designed, sequenced, and integrated in order to deliver a cutting-edge program that is narrowly tailored to meet the needs of the midcareer professional in the field.
To address the scheduling needs of the working professional, we have limited class sessions to a one meeting in the evening per week, and generally to one meeting per month on Saturdays. We have also avoided scheduling classes before the busy tax seasons. To minimize scheduling conflicts, we have developed and made available the course schedule for the entire program.
Our small class size, accredited College of Business and Economics, top-notch faculty, skills-based curriculum, and convenient scheduling have all produced a truly outstanding program.
We hope you consider applying to our program. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Program Coordinator, either by email at mstaxation@csun.edu or by phone at (818)677-3952.
Sincerely,
Dr. Rafi Efrat, CPA, JD. JSM, JSD
