Andrew Nierenberg, M.S., is an OREA-certified general appraiser and an AQB*-certified Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) instructor. He specializes in eminent domain appraisal and is a qualified expert witness.
Brian Seemann, B.F.A., is an OREA-licensed appraiser and owner of Equitable Appraisal Services, a Northridge-based company.
