- How to Earn Your Certificate
- Each participant must successfully complete the four required courses to earn the Real Estate Appraising Certificate of Participation. These classes can be taken out of sequence only with approval of the instructor. The core courses will fulfill the OREA educational requirements for the initial examination for the Training License.
Attention Licensed and Certified Appraisers: The required courses are approved for continuing education credit by the Office of Real Estate Appraisers of the State of California (OREA).
- Study Plan
- Upon completion of all required work, qualified students obtain their Certificates of Participation by submitting a completed Study Plan (PDF) and all supporting documents.
