Public Sector Management Program (PSM)
The Program
If you are a working adult looking for a fast track to your B.A. degree, or if you wish to improve and broaden your skills and knowledge in order to perform more effectively in your current position, this program will help you achieve your goal.
With its interdisciplinary focus and blend of theory and practice, PSM prepares its graduates for successful advancement in their careers with competencies in:
- Effective oral and written communication in the workplace

- Problem solving and decision making
- Budget and fiscal management
- Leadership, management and staff development
- Technological knowledge
Because most of our students are busy professionals, the program is designed to fit their schedules. Classes are held at times and at sites convenient for working adults.
The University Continuing Education Association (UCEA) has recognized The Tseng College's Public Sector Management program with an Outstanding Program Award: Credit Programs. UCEA is a national organization of colleges and universities that promotes excellence in continuing higher education.
