Partnerships

PSM is designed specifically to meet the needs of mid-career adults. It provides a rigorous and rewarding program of study for those who have completed about half of their undergraduate education but would like to finish a degree relevant to their career goals in a timely manner.

The program is offered in a variety of ways to:

• Government agencies that partner with CSUN through The Tseng College (ExL) for delivery of a program developed specifically for its employees;
• Smaller agencies who wish to join with other agencies in their region to partner with CSUN through ExL in a program designed to meet the needs of their combined employee populations; and
• Individual students, when an open cohort is available.

Partnering agencies usually encourage participation by individuals who are not their employees. It is, therefore, generally not necessary to work for the partner agency to join a PSM cohort.
