Through The Tseng College, California State University Northridge (CSUN) offers an expanding portfolio of career-advancement programs in various formats. These programs range from single-session professional updates on the latest research in particular fields to multiple-seminar series that can help the leadership teams of organizations to develop and successfully implement new operational strategies.
These programs also afford many midcareer professionals particularly those who already hold college degrees study opportunities that will enable them to fulfill continuing professional education requirements in their fields, learn more about new developments, or augment their existing knowledge and skills.
We also offer contracted and/or custom-designed courses and training programs to serve the education and training needs of employers. Each Tseng College professional development offering is developed in collaboration with university faculty, accomplished practitioners, and/or widely recognized authors and experts.
