Giacomino Drago is the youngest of the three Sicilian-born, chef-restaurateur siblings whose award-winning dining establishments (Celestino's, Drago, Il Pastaio) have brought distinction to the family name for more than a decade. On November 6, you and your fellow participants in The Tseng College's Food and Wine Symposium will have the opportunity to enjoy a special meal prepared by Giacomino at Panzanella, the Dragos' first restaurant in the San Fernando Valley. Jim Pedroncelli of Pedroncelli Winery will provide the wines. Space is limited, so sign up early.
The first online cohort of CSUN's highly regarded Educational Leadership and Policy Studies master's degree program will start in January 2006. The program is designed to enable midcareer adults to earn both an M.A. in educational administration and the California Administrative Services credential while continuing to fulfill current work and family responsibilities. Applications for the first cohort are now being accepted. The application period ends on Nov. 15. An application form together with program information is available on the ELPS Web site. To learn more, contact Karena Senchack at (818) 677-6405 or elpsonline@csun.edu.
