One Day Left to Change Classes or Grading in Open University

If you have registered for a Spring 2007 CSUN course through Open University and want to add or drop a class (and receive a 65 percent refund) or change the basis of grading without special permission, Feb. 16 is the last day for doing so. Instructions are available online.


Coming Feb. 28: Early Application Deadline for New Global MKM

When it goes online in this fall, CSUN's Distance Learning Global Master's Degree in Knowledge Management, whose faculty features KM experts from around the world, will be the only distance program in the nation that focuses solely on the discipline of knowledge management. Early applications are now being accepted and will be reviewed for acceptance on February 28. To ensure your place, apply online now. New in Fall 2007: M.S. in Taxation

Coming Soon: New University Certificate Programs for Post-Degree Professionals

The Tseng College has four new post-baccalaureate university certificate programs for post-degree professionals starting this year. Three – Nonprofit Management (coming Fall 2007), Performance Measurement and Productivity (coming Fall 2007) and Urban Studies and Planning (coming Summer 2007) – are on-campus programs. The fourth program – Instructional Design and Adult Development (classes start Aug. 23; final application deadline, if space is available, is April 30) – is an online program. President's Day and Tseng College Staff Development Day

Though some government offices and schools are closed on Mon., Feb. 19, CSUN remains open and classes will be held as usual.

March 9 is "staff development day" for Tseng College employees. All Extended Learning offices will be closed that day, but Extended Learning classes will meet as usual.
