Getting lean has never been more critical to an organization's survival. This fact is highlighted when lean is named the most important competitive factor for the auto industry over the next several years.
In today's highly competitive environment, companies distinguish themselves through quality, speed of execution and the elimination of non-value-added activities. They succeed through constant attention to the bottom line and exceeding customer expectations. Lean operations provides a means for both. This four-course program presents the concepts and tools necessary for those who will participate in and lead successful lean initiatives.
Note: Introduction to Lean Operations must be taken first, and it is strongly recommended that courses be taken in the sequence depicted under courses.
