IEP Announcements
Attention: ALL IEP STUDENTS!
Monday, August 18, 2008, 12:00 - 3:00
All IEP students, new and continuing, who will be attending the IEP during the fall semester MUST ATTEND the welcome session in the SSU Shoshone room. Students will receive the following information at the session:
- They will meet with their Core 1 instructors
- They will receive their IEP schedules
- They will review their schedules and ask questions regarding their classes
- They will have the opportunity to resolve schedule issues
Students must also complete and submit updated biographical information at the welcome session. They must bring the following documents to the welcome session:
- A completed bio form
- A copy of their passport, visa, and I-94
- Health Insurance coverage
- A signed conditions of acceptance form
Important: Official schedules will not be available online until after the welcome session. To view course schedules, students should follow the following procedures:
- Log in to the CSUN Portal with your User ID and password
- If you do not have a user ID and password, please contact the IEP Office via email – iep@csun.edu or call the IEP Office at (818) 677-3923
- Click on Services for Students on the left-hand column
- Click on View My Class Schedule (Your classes will appear in the table along with the locations and instructors. Remember: The final and accurate schedule will only be available online after the welcome session).

- All IEP students are expected to be in their Core 1 classes at 9:00
- Students who do not attend the Monday orientation session will not be permitted to make any changes related to their schedules
IMPORTANT EMAIL INFORMATION:
All IEP students are expected to check their CSUN email daily. Important information related to IEP classes, activities, and F-1 Visa/I-20 maintenance information is sent to students at their official email addresses. If you are having problems accessing your email account, please contact the IEP Office.
