The IDAD program is offered for both individual and corporate
“cohorts.” If you have two or more employees at
your company interested in the IDAD program, we would be happy
to discuss how we might work with your organization to create
a customized cohort for your organization.
The IDAD program utilizes a cohort (group) model in which
a group of participants moves through the program together
in a predetermined sequence from the start of the program
through fulfillment of the degree requirements. The cohort
approach is extremely valuable because each succeeding course
builds on what was covered in earlier courses. Coursework
is integrated and connected--rather than simply a set of separate
courses--so you are able to see the larger view of the Instructional
Design field and how ID can inform and improve your seminars,
presentations, meetings, and courses.
The IDAD credit certificate is designed to be offered in two
delivery models for organizational cohorts—fully online
or hybrid, a mix of online and face-to-face courses at your
facility--and can be customized to fit organizational schedules
and instructional goals. And the program is offered in a one
year format from CSUN--a four year educational institution
that is well-known for providing exceptional quality education
as well as contributing to the San Fernando Valley community.

IDAD program for your staff, please contact Barb Frye, Program
Manager, at barb.frye@csun.edu .
