Attention: ALL IEP STUDENTS!

As a continuing IEP student, you can now access your IEP class schedule online Monday, August 21, 2006 after 2:00 p.m.! You do not need to come to an orientation to receive your enrollment card. Here's how to learn your new class schedule:

IF YOU ARE RETURNING TO THE IEP IN AUGUST

  1. You must submit a completed Bio Form to the IEP Office by Tuesday, August 21, 2006.
  2. Submit a copy of your passport, visa, & I-94 to the IEP Office.
  3. Submit Health Insurance coverage for the period of 08/22/06 through 12/15/06.
  4. Submit a signed Conditions of Acceptance form ****PLEASE BRING THESE DOCUMENTS TO THE IEP OFFICE, OTHERWISE YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR IMMIGRATION STATUS!
  5. Log in to the CSUN Portal with your User ID and password.
  6. If you do not have user id and password, please contact the IEP Office via email – iep@csun.edu – or call the IEP Office at (818) 677-3923.
  7. Click on Services for Students on the left column.
  8. Click on View My Class Schedule. (Your classes will appear in a table along with the locations and instructors. Remember, the final & accurate schedule will only be available on Tuesday, August 21, 2006 after 2 p.m.).
  9. Visit IEP Course List to look at the locations of your classrooms.
  10. Print your class schedule and the room locations. Bring your class schedule to all of your classes during the first week of classes. You will not be allowed in class without proof of your class schedule.

If you have problems printing or getting your email messages, you can go to any one of the computer labs located in the Oviatt library, 1st and 3rd floors, Student Services Building (Bayramian Hall) 1st floor, and/or Sierra Hall, Room 392 to access your email and print. To print at one of these labs you will need to first buy a printing card valued anywhere from $1 to $20. For computer labs that are strictly for students, you need to have and present your student ID. For lab hours please visit the CSUN website or inquire at the IEP Office.
